For everyone else reading, a few days ago, Sam said 'I think you've won this week McG' ... and then went out and did, I think, a 14 mile run, a 9 mile cycle ride and yesterday a 26.9 mile run, tearing into the lead. Glenn did warn me not to be complacent!
