I think 200 is a possibility, will see how I go on my Sunday long run tomorrow, which will be with a friend (we have a maximum public gathering limit of 2 here) and then thinking I'll cycle on Monday which is usually a rest day and see how it goes.

We've been asked not to swim in the river or use it for anything other than essential journeys (for example live-in boat owners.
Stupid error meant I forgot my Garmin for this morning's commute. Also, I recorded a run on Thursday in three parts as my battery was low, and part two won't upload at all.

I though my annoying opponent had logged 3 separate activities this morning but it turns out the first and last wee just warm-up/cool-downs. I guess what I don’t like about them is that they are slightly more active than me and cover most of my most easily accessible squares, negating what little I do do. I’m going to explore the inaccessible south west corner today.
