The nice thing is - we've known each other for nearly 2 years. She goes to some of the same exercise classes I go to. I fancied her from the first time I saw her, but she didn't seem interested in me. We've been chatting for some time and were talking about shows we'd seen and were going to, when I mentioned I was going to see the Mousetrap. She said she'd always wanted to see that so I said I had a spare ticket. We went as friends, but I enjoyed her company so much , I asked her out - and she said yes! We've seen a lot of each other since. 😊

So I go on and browse and this morning there is a message from a bloke who used to be a book buyer in Hay, loves cats and lives in the next village! What are the chances??? Obviously, I don't want to be dating, dealing with terminal cancer, but meeting for a cuppa can't do any harm, right?
