I can't even be drawn in our club ballot this year, but I need to send in my rejection so I can be in the pot for next year (assuming I get rejected again in 2020).

@NWDave - assuming it really is random, if it remains as popular as today the 4% chance means it's 1 in 25 years I think!

I’m on 12 rejections now. That once in 25 years will keep extending as more and more apply each year.

The blue start lorries are also manned (personed?) by parkrunners. I plan to be there again next year. Last year I met Happy G at the start.

I had a ballot place in 2012, which I think was the year they canned the policy of guaranteed entry after five consecutive unsuccessful entries.
@pothunter I didn’t realise they did blue as well. It’s a lot of fun!
