Groundhog Sep 2024 1:13pm, 22 Sep 2024 6,455 posts	0 Groundhog Did another plasma dungeon in Reading last Friday. Borderline on the iron levels, which has never happened before. I have been trying to lose a bit of weight and hence eating less, so I'll try and change to more iron rich foods. I did really try to get hydrated too make it easier, and had some more exercise, so maybe that all contributed to the lower iron. Donation went fine and was one of my quickest, maybe due to thinner blood 🤔
