I'd had my shingles vaccine the previous week so that made her search through her binders - I'm amazed they don't have this info online for staff - and when I mentioned I'd been for a 10k run at lunchtime I had the usual look of pained disbelief. Donation was over and done with inside 10 mins. Much quicker than last time when they managed to get a kink in the catheter.
