07:00, discovered I had a migraine, took medication, fell asleep again and woke up at 08:45 feeling a little better. Slowly recovering.

Very pleased to say that apart from waking briefly at just after 3 and 6, I slept until 7.15, hope this means body clock is returning to normal 🤞🏻
