Watch claims bit after 6 but i woke then then napped another 45 mins then 'woke'. Was another 2 hours before i actually got out of bed properly but i did move enough to do a garlic bagette stick for brekkie in bed.

About 10-ish. Which was welcome, as I've been coughing badly, but only woke once with it last night.

Garmin says my body battery was +72, and reached 99. Which is a massive improvement on any recent figures.
