woke up at 0230 and couldn't get back to sleep so got up at 0300!!! 12 hour shift starting at 0630, it's going to be a long day :(

More times in the night than I can remember, starting with just after 01.00, properly woke at 04.30.

Same Mrs Jigs but got up at 3am. Though j did go to bed early sometime after 5pm can't remember garmin doesn't recognise I went to sleep
