I'm getting increasingly perplexed as I'm waking up at daft o'clock every day, even at the weekend. It's very tiring. Are you awake too early or do you sleep soundly?

I've been on early shift this week.
As it's Sunday today, I had a lie in until 5am.

I woke at 3.30 for long enough to get very bored. This is normal for me at the moment.

Me too. Normally get up at 5.30 anyway but when you wake up at 4.30, as I often seem to do these days, it's hardly worth trying to get back to sleep. The wine does not help, I find.
