3am as normal. I hate sleeping through. I feel robbed on the handful of days a year when I go to sleep and then wake up at "getting up time"

About 7.30am which is usual. Despite having Parkinson's I still seem able to sleep OK, very occasionally I'll be up at 3am and unable to get back to sleep.
