In April I attempted the Fellman, a 60 mile ultra in the Yorkshire Dales. As it was, I DNF'd due to a sinus infection. Today in the post came a certificate to say I had completed 32 miles of the course and had my tally returned!! I knew finishers got a certificate and their tally back, but I didn't expect anything not having finished. That's pretty much made my day! The tally in particular is very fancy so is a lovely keepsake of the race.
