(he's been overtaken, but by someone using illegal crew and pacers. More than one person has reported this to the RD, apparently, so it will be handled, somehow. I vote for a penalty delay right before the finish line, so they won't have time to make it up elsewhere and will have to watch everyone who played fair pass them by)

Yip, it's all to do with the GPS signal as if you look at all of the runners there's points where they are not on track really.

The GPS is probably set to quite slow updates to extend the battery life - it's very unlikely he would have cut through people's gardens here, for instance
