Changing my 'retired' working pattern from 2 full days a week to when there is actually work for me, freed up today for me, and I ran free, actually did my fastest half marathon ever. I've changed my strategy for my next event. It is meant to be a half around Goodwood, but I have already cracked my half goal (breaking 2 hrs), so I intend to do a sub 50 10k, then jog the rest, if I have the energy :)
