I was looking at landline phones for my Mum, and under the section of "products related to this item" were Turmeric capsules and cordless power tools!! I had no idea what the supposed benefit of Turmeric is as a dietary supplement, so I had a look (in a private browser window so Amazon didn't then bombard me with links to dietary supplements). This is the phone: amazon.co.uk |

Apparently it's the curcumin that has the benefits, it's an anti-oxidant and anti-inflammatory. Supposedly it helps with oxidative and inflammatory conditions (including exercise related inflammation and soreness), metabolic syndrome, arthritis, anxiety, and high cholesterol. Needs to be taken with black pepper to help it's absorption though. I think it increases it by something ridiculous like 1500%. I may ir may not have looked into it myself whilst off on sick leave... I've got very bored! Lol. |

I suppose the question is, was the reviewer's "lover function" an inflammatory condition?
