Awful. ] I don't mind the licence fee, or the BBC being publically funded... however, the rules around the licence need to be updated ASAP. They do not work around modern ways of consuming media. There's ambiguity around what needs a licence for and what does not... even the authority cannot answer clearly what constitutes "TV" when it comes to streaming live events on NetFlix and YouTube, for example.
