Mrs Jigs (Luverlylegs)
Advertising is wasted on me, I rarely pay enough attention to know what they are about.

It grinds my gears being forced to watch an ad that I have no interest in... why does that even benefit the advertiser? If I'm not interested, then I won't buy it, therefore let me skip it.

[ I know some people complain about the BBC licence fee, but I cannot stand Commercial radio, with the same adverts on repeat every 20minutes. If anyone has ever watched TV in America, it feels like it's 10minutes of TV wrapped around frequent adverts. Awful. ] |

Awful. ] I don't mind the licence fee, or the BBC being publically funded... however, the rules around the licence need to be updated ASAP. They do not work around modern ways of consuming media. There's ambiguity around what needs a licence for and what does not... even the authority cannot answer clearly what constitutes "TV" when it comes to streaming live events on NetFlix and YouTube, for example. |

Having paid the licence fee, I get annoyed with BBC adverts for BBC or iPlayer.
