Not good at all @Ally-C 😕 Spaghetti, Linguine and co. By the time I've wound it all onto my fork it has gone cold. |

the latest Amazon advert on the tellybox, where the Urban Yoof moves with his mother to a house by the sea, but seems utterly unable to comprehend that skateboards don't work on sand. And presumably there isn't a single bit of hard surface in the whole area on which he can skateboard.

TV adverts in general wind me up. I had the same thought about the Amazon one.

[It's also somewhat ironic given that the origins of skateboarding lie in surfing. I guess the people who created the ad are too young to be aware of this.]

On adverts; the fact that we went from free TV with ads to having the ability to record TV and fast forward ads, to streaming with the ability to watch anything anytime for a fee with no ads... to having to pay for streaming WITH ads that CANNOT be skipped... ie, what we had in the beginning.
