It actually puts me right off parkrun as a whole I'll stick to running when I fancy it, doing my bit as a volunteer and ignoring the patronising cult-ish nonsense.]

You can only do this via the NHS app. He has the app, but it isn't connected to his GP records, and consulting the surgery website takes us in an endless loop where it's not possible to do anything, bounced between NHS website and surgery website. I have a hazy recollection of doing it and it being annoying and onerous but not impossible! Arggggggghhhhhh
