"Please book in the rest of your annual leave but avoid the half term week" Sorry, but if there's a week you want me to avoid then please could you refer to it by date? I don't have kids.

I received a notification that the parcel was delivered anyway, so I thought they'd left it in or under the car on the drive, which is our designated safe space. Then another minute late I got a notification that they'd try to deliver it again tomorrow. I guess the driver or it down, walked away and watched for a minor, and when I didn't appear in time came and took it back? What's the point of designating a safe place to leave things off they're going to loiter and take things back after just a minute? Grrrrrr.
