Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

What new kit have you bought/has arrived in the post today?

I forgot I'd ordered them the other day, so it was a pleasant surprise to find a package with a 'taster set ' (my name for it, not theirs, that would be weird) of Runderwear.
They'd better be blooming amazing to justify the price

It's good stuff though Rae, sound investment. I've hosted a couple of discussions on how to look after yourself in the mountains and one of the things I always have to stress is that you need good wicking pants otherwise they act as an enormous heatsink and you lose body heat very quickly around your core.

I've found some really 'cheap' decathlon underwear that are truly amazing, and for the price an absolute steal. I was tempted by Runderwear but couldn't justify the price tag.

My wife uses Runderwear, personally I use Paramo Cambia pants - fantastic kit.

For me, I find that Decathlon pants are nice and comfy for walking etc, but Runderwear are a much better fit and have better coverage for mumtums and running.

-but NE, your lovely lady does not have a mumtum, so m hoping mine will still be comfy if and when I get rid of mine :)

I'll pass that on to her Ros, it will chirp her up - she's been eating a lot of cake lately :-)
