Didn't feel like running which was just as well as L got up too late to catch her bus so asked me to drop her at college. This meant I got to work too late to park where I usually do so had to go to the overflow car park and walk in. Once I got to my desk I realised my water bottle had either fallen out of my bag in the car or on the walk in so I had to go and look for it. Fortunately it was in the car. Still, at least it wasn't raining and I've walked a mile already.

I’ve not set the alarm for years, preferring to use the more genital tones of my phone alarm. My wife had been dusting yesterday and had inadvertently set the alarm to On. At least I had a couple of hours to recover 😴
