Fragile Do Not Bend May 2022 1:51pm, 31 May 2022 9,753 posts	0 Fragile Do Not Bend Got my race vest out for a training run (it’s been months since I last used it) and found a gel I’d left in it had leaked over it and gone hard. On the plus side I found this out now and not when I needed it for a race. Fingers crossed it comes out in the wash.

Dropped a bag of nuts out of the cupboard which bounced off the handle of my Greek-yoghurt laden spoon, catapulting it straight down the front of my trousers.
