The ONS use HLOOKUP.

Nobody uses HLOOKUP. Nobody with any self respect, anyway. I'm horrified.

=IF(HLOOKUP(Working!$B$21,Working!$C$23:$T$51,11,FALSE)="","n/a",HYPERLINK(HLOOKUP(Working!$B$21,Working!$C$23:$T$51,11,FALSE),"Link"))

I think I used VLookup once, but no-one noticed and I got away with it ;-)
