Oranj Feb 2018 7:05pm, 25 Feb 2018 812 posts	0 Oranj Indian cornershop samosas are colour coded with a little dot of dye: Yellow = chicken Red = "meat" (usually lamb) Green = vegetable (This is after I picked up one that didn't have a label and joked with the shop owner that it was a luck dip. He pointed out the red coloured dot, showing it was a lamb samosa.)
