Yep - I think I was initially thinking the main effect was more complicated than it is. I used to have to be familiar with orbital mechanics for work so I was starting to think about sidereal vs solar day effects but they aren't relevant!! My new scales turned uptoday, otherthan avoiding biscuits I have changed very little, obvs lunch is mainly protein and beg. I now weight 66kg. I am flabbergasted.

Apparently there’s a grammatical rule that changes the first letter of Keri to Geri when it’s joined to another word. So, mawashi geri means rotational diarrhoea but mawashigeri means roundhouse kick.
