I used to have to be familiar with orbital mechanics for work so I was starting to think about sidereal vs solar day effects but they aren't relevant!! I was thrown by the sunset times being the same, which is just a fluke. |

That when I startedto cut outwhite carbs at the beginning of July I weighed, 71kg. My new scales turned uptoday, otherthan avoiding biscuits I have changed very little, obvs lunch is mainly protein and beg. I now weight 66kg. I am flabbergasted.

The Japanese word Geri does not, on its own, mean kick. The word Keri on its own means kick. Geri actually means diarrhoea. Apparently there’s a grammatical rule that changes the first letter of Keri to Geri when it’s joined to another word. So, mawashi geri means rotational diarrhoea but mawashigeri means roundhouse kick. |

mawashi geri means rotational diarrhoea, or 'stand ups' as they called before I was luckily made redundant from software development.
