He isnt yet ready or able to retire but has nothing to go to yet. The chat on Friday was who is next and also how many as there are a lot of people in the mid to late 50s who could go at any time. A huge knowledge gap could appear but there seems to be no thought to how they will deal with that.

The only problem with the people was that, because they would only see me if there was a problem, they didn't like to see me. Unless they were asking for a staff screening of course. Crap pay, but the amount of variety in the job was great. I still miss it now
