It's probably rolled under the fridge Oscar the Grouch. At least in our experience, stuff likes to get lost under heavy and awkward objects
Hope you find it soon.

The real answer along with coffee shops and pubs is...
an actual face to face conversation with anyone I like (i.e. not just the neighbours cos I have to) that is a person not of the same household as me!

Yep, im with you on that OtG. Ive had a couple of Zoom and Skype catch ups with some friends, and of course its great that we have the technology to do that - but it’s just not the same as face to face. Also, some friends aren’t really very tech savvy, so there’s some people I’ve only got text/WhatsApp contact with now.

Too Much Water
My local is 50m from the house and I walk past it daily. Gutting.
Gratifying to know the local dealers are still delivering though or so one of my neighbours informs me.

Random short train journeys with my 15 y/o son to places not too far away, lunch and a bit of train spotting then the train back. It's a lovely way of getting a great conversation out of him for a couple of hours.
