Oops pressed submit before second line. Anna, it's not a flat route. !st k is flat and then it gently climbs the side of a hill for the next 7k then you whoosh done the last k to the finish. But, it's a fast course. |

noswaith dda folks tis cold up here in Mold. that beef caserole in the pub was good, not run for 10 days , depressed  hope you re all ok & that we beat the Ausies, Hey i've heard so much about staring down the Haka wow

Hey rob, it is cold here too, in tghe Black MOuntains... I am injured as well, not run for 6 weeks now... but started riding the bike, which is fun... bit cold though todfay, and probably cold and wet tomorrow!
