Yeah but im just crap at the food side - its been 18 months of trying & still havent got it right, will get where i want to be one day tho
Will let you know about Luton in the week. When is the last date for booking for the dinner/dance? I'll hopfeully def be coming but prob end up paying the extra

I am rubbish in the mornings, but that might have to be an option. I suppose I could run the 5 miles to work in the morning. I'm sure it takes a while to lose the fat, but then it'll fall off, won't it? I just have to stop scoffing chocolate!

I am lucky, I don't start work till 9.30 and it ios only a 7 min bikeride away from home! So I like blowing away the sleepyness on the hills Doing runs anywhere between 10 and 4 miles...
