1500 in a year feels like a big jump. I only did 500 miles last year and probably 100 the year before so probably not. specially as numbers then become a target with me. I'll probably take it after the marathon, apart from if we do the Castles relay. What are the 88 Saint?

Think im gonna aim for 500 in 2009 - 40 miles a month may just be do-able :)

How many days a week do you usually run Che? Will you be adding extra days in for mara training?

3 days a week was too much for me so am aiming for once a week from now on, if i can get a 2nd one in then it'll be a bonus!

Is that a step down SW. Will you be doing loads on the bike though? Will you be in the Gambia on New Year?

I do 3 days a week now (club night, run home and weekend lsr) but 4 from this week, if I get an hour or so on a wednesday lunchtime. Life (and family) won't allow more than that till I get nearer the Marathon. Might try and get agym session in another lunchtime.

Well done on the 6 miler SW, lucky you getting it done in the dry. Do you feel you're getting more toned, with being back at your classes?

Che it is hard with work and family, but I'm going for Decemberthon, might get up early and do a few miles first thing if the evenings are busy.

Not really zoom - think im getting some of my strength back but until i can lose the layer of fat that covers my lovely toned muscles then you cant see them :( its all got to be about getting the food part right for me

Decemberthon??? You are mad!! Especially with Luton coming up too :)
