No welsh cakes and only barely drinkable coffee. Ran home, but only a little wet. When I've done my lsr on Sunday, this'll be the month I've run the most miles ever!

Evening all Can you believe i ran today???? 6 miles too... only the 3rd time ive endured as far as 6 miles since the marathon!! Was dry when i went tho
