Too much beer and spicy food (fab Nepalese restaurant) again last night, hence skipped my run this morning cos didnt want to venture out. Went to the hotel leisure club but a girl got on the 1 treadie before me and then walked for 20 mins Never mind, swim, sauna and jacuzzi instead.
