Oh well, will have to try again next year. Would have liked to have run next year as it would have been 25 years since my only other London Marathon.

Ah. Just realised that I may have moved since I entered the ballot but I can't find my confirmation email to check. Can anyone tell me when the ballot opened? I moved mid-March. Is that before or after the ballot?

My husband got his deferred entry bumble bee magazine today, but I continue to wait for failed entry number 6. I continue to be frustrated by a) multiple successful first time entrants who don't really give a shit about running who are successful b) my own 5 x repeated lack of success c) people telling me that there are actually other marathons (really? it's not like i've done 20 of them or owt) d) facebook posts from GFAs saying how if you want it that hard you should just work for it and then you'll get what you deserve e) the fact that I care about all of the above.
Fuckssake. Stupid race. I need to get a life.
