Yeah - heat definitely helps. I have an oat bag that I heat in the microwave and can attach round me.

Sushi.
That’s fab.

I found at work that if I had to sit it would spasm or be more stiff but heat seemed to stop that.

The heat pads don’t show under my uniform and I keep some on my locker just in case

Sorry to hear that Elsie Too. I suppose it’s a case of being patient and easing in to things at a sensible rate, something I struggle with when trying to get back to running after an injury. Hope your recovery is a speedy one.

One thought on the non-starters. Maybe they’re confident that they can do this in well under a year and are waiting for something like Covid/health/weather issues to be better.
Or because they can do it in well under a year, waiting till everyone is miles and miles ahead, then take great delight in passing as many people as the can - seeing it as an added challenge 😁

Sushi.
I messaged the girl from work. She’s asked for a refund as bib number consistently not working and they never replied to her emails.

Not my experience of when I had technical difficulties. They responded quickly and were most helpful

That does sound a bit strange, they’ve always been good at replying to my emails too!

I’ve had to email them as well. I did get an automated reply confirming receipt of email and explaining that at present they have been inundated with emails and doing their best to get through them ASAP, but reply may take several days and apologised for this. I think I waited about four days for a reply, so yes, in my experience they’ve been fine.

I haven’t needed to email but the people on the FB group are all so positive about them it seems hard to believe they’re just ignoring her. Perhaps she just changed her mind about it?

Also she might not be using the correct format. Loads of people put their date of birth in the box that asks for the date you did the training!
