I've just realised that chippy sauce (Edinburgers know what I'm talking about) must be vegan, made as it is with brown sauce & vinegar.

Marmite and peanut butter, Macca. I have a vegan friend that has both on their toast at the same time. Just one more reason I'm an omnivore...


And I hate Marmite so just one source…

Peanut butter on Warburton's crumpets will provide some protein although you'd have to eat all nine crumpets and the entire jar of peanut butter to get a worthwhile amount.

Marmite and peanut butter, Macca. I have a vegan friend that has both on their toast at the same time.


Marmite and (no salt) crunchy peanut butter with grated carrot and beansprouts is my favourite toasted sandwich :)

I'm also a big fan of peanut butter and homemade grapefruit or lemon marmalade on toast.
