I spent a day in a Vauxhall Astra, trying to find the 8 pharmacies in Romford and Ilford. I found the same one multiple times.

I had a work leaving do that started at Canning Town at lunchtime and ended at the Ilford Palais. It was very very messy. I do not remember much about Ilford Palais, but rumours are I kissed a girl at one point.

I went to Hollywoods in Romford, on Indie night. It was alright in the club, but there was a frosty atmosphere in the surrounding pubs when we walked in

I read Trueman's biog, a bit of a myth he liked a drop, two and he was anyone's. It didn’t do The Indoor League's image any problem though.
