Also… don’t leave it to fate - speed up from 0.9 miles, just in case your GPS has it short. And if you’re on a track, beware of what the signal does.

Have proposed feature 1458 - To add Walking times to Utmost ie so it becomes a combined "Walking and Running" set of times.

Logic being for most people this makes little difference and would leave their times unchanged but for those of us who have walked distances that we haven't run, it would recognise this as our best time for that distance - which in turn we could look to improve

Also for those of us in the lower leagues it could also act as an incentive for those who dont feel they are ready to run a longer distance but would be happy to walk it to record some more UTMOST points

If you like the idea - feel free to add your vote :)

How often does the table update? I did a 12 miler this morning but I’m not seeing a time for 10 miles in the table yet.

That’s when the promotions/relegations happen, but don’t the actual point scores get adjusted in between?

Fizz :-)
Looks like there was some kind of GPS glitch, your training run doesn’t have a 10m split. Might be worth some feedback to Fetch.

Sorry. 10m benchmark. Not split.

Fetch has explained that any training where GPS has gone haywire and done an unrealistic section (you know, where it shows you doing 30 mph, when it goes way of course, then back), gets excluded from benchmarks, as Fizz refers to above. Fetch can probably fix/adjust. :-) G

Mrs Jigs (Luverlylegs)
I am still reaping the rewards of the half marathon I did in May, gone up another division again today, top of division 10 now :-)

About This Thread

Maintained by fetcheveryone
Start in the bottom division, and compete over seven different distances against your rivals for weekly promotion!

How It Works
1) The game takes your best times from training and racing over the last 12 months.

2) If you've got the fastest 5k in your division, you get 20 points. If you're second fastest, you get 19 points, etc.

3) Your FIVE best scores are used to calculate your total. So if your scores at each distance are 20,20,20,20,20,10,5 the lowest two are discarded, and your total points would be 100.

4) Promotion and relegation happen every Monday at midday.
