Question for all badgehounds (and I'm not expecting the Higgy badge to feature in answers!).
If Fetch were to order 100 embroidered (or woven; I now realise these are slightly different things!) badges to create a real sew-on badge version of a Fetch badge, which you could proudly display on your swimming towel, ultra pack or Fetch hoodie, are there any badges that you reckon would gain anything like 100 orders? If so, which one(s)?
I wondered whether something like "run 100 miles in a month" or "swim a mile" might do it, but I'm struggling to think that any badge would really be an object of desire for anything like 100 of us ...

Now, where could we find one of those?
I had a brief conversation with Fetch a long time ago about Fetch wristbands and I think there was a bit of an unspoken feeling that a seemingly attractive idea might just end up with a box of 85 unsold wristbands (or it might have been 985) sitting under his desk for a very long time.
This was on the assumption that it might be a way of making a few pence for the site, which would also push the cost for each of us up a bit from what we see on various suppliers' websites.
The Castle Challenge slate coasters went well as a one-off linked to a specific endeavour, but I can't quite see it happening with badges. Views?

I think another problem with real badges is people would want to show off the rare ones they'd got (of any at all) and then that in itself stops it being viable.
