Paxo was, in person, very approachable and friendly towards the teams (at least, he was towards me and my team, I don't know how was with the other teams, some of them seemed to really wind him up) but in the televised bit he always seemed a little aloof, bordering on condescending. Amol seems to be openly and genuinely impressed by them.
