I didn't want to suggest that not necessarily seeing much narrative on this but now you've said it. What I have seen though suggested the weather looked like being kind to the runners. Wasn't last year similar? Next year, they'll be running in February perhaps !!

For 8 hours plus (depending on how far in it is) once a loop is started there is not really anything to see. A lot disruptive than having dots to constantly distract from anything else 🤣

The order seems to be JK - ACW, DH - CW, GH - ACW, JP - CW, JC - ACW. Presumably as he had the choice JK thinks ACW is the preferred direction.
