Not even ran a race a year yet this year, meant to run groundhog on the 4th but not anymore due to wake funeral so foxy last two days of 7in7 it is then 18/19 march

My first "event" today, a 45 miler Brecon to Cardiff. Hoping to get an indication of "the future" because 100 milers/24 hours now off the agenda, at least until I have a hip replacement in godknows how many years time. Got a handful of 12 hour races lined up but today is a sort of test....

The atlas race (4.2 mile lap every hour until you drop) is still going. 30 hours / 120ish miles in and about 6 / 120 runners left
