Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

thanks Carolyn. Next event is a twelve hour "one mile laps" through the night in early Spring. One of those "see how far you can go" things...am doing it to assist a friend who is a bit slower than me.
4 mile recovery run done with no problems.

Flanker - think you'll also like Rovaniemi. Great place and winter stuff is cheap at the moment as the race is during sale time :) Saw Oakley googles for 45 euros!

Wow, that sounds hard, torey! Much respect for anyone who can do lap races for that long.

Next event for me the the Grizzly (20mi so not an ultra) in Devon in a couple of weeks.

Just parkrun today though!

Welcome Loulabell. It is quite a range here from 50km to the Spine race.

Noticed someone is doing Rtts 100k , it's a good event especially if you at worried about nav . Only gripe is the cost , but a very nice route .

A cheaper alternative and just as good is the Ridgeway 86 which I'm doing this year .

Hi Dave , yes Ive done a few 50milers now , mostly with centurion ( yes I'm centurion family / army ) .. and did the grand slam last year . Got sdw100 coming up in June . The Spine is a bit chilly for me , hoping to do Transgran maybe next year .

Thank you for the welcome :D

All of my ultras have been centurion. I did the 100 Slam last year. The SDW100 was my favourite - a lovely trail
