Have been doing more on my bike in the garage now that th set up is sorted, and I am knackered in a good way am actually taking notice of my Garmin's dire warnings on recovery time, and so far pacing it fairly well. Strage 3 of the tour de zwift awaits tomorrow morning

It'll have to do, got organising to do. Hoping to Zwift TdZ tomorrow probably the 9am short. Then Mum's 80th birthday party with 45 people aged 1.5 to 94. Wish me luck!

My life goes utterly crazy next week, my house move suddenly went from ‘by end Jan’ to 16 Jan or March - fortunately everyone in the chain could make it. Fuck me this will be a busy weekend….still sooner it’s done, sooner I’ll be sorted and living the dream.
