You need to try the treadmill in my work gym, Linds, thinks I can run 6.5 miles in an hour. I've never done that at my best. I am far from my best at present.

Sorry to hear PoD, hope it improves.

Meanwhile I have stiff and achiness. Particularly in my feet, which is just a bit odd. Sunshine and a dusting of snow for us. Damn it's cold out there.

sorry to hear about medical issues and aches and pains. I have a weird new calf thing in my usually good calf. Gym later.
