Great to be back in the orange pain club saddle, it must be nigh on a year since I was last organised enough to turn up. Sadly, rugby girls have all flaked on the planned post spin swim, though  I guess I could go on my own, but I think I'll do it tomorrow now, instead. |

I've just read that article. Badly behaved cyclists are not the problem out here in the West. It's still the drivers but with a side helping of idiots using electric scooters (Cheltenham is one of many towns 'lucky' enough to have trials of the wretched things going on.) Not to mention all the sodding potholes. |

Morning Having been ill really for a month I returned to the doctors yesterday to be given more antibiotics and to be told I will be sent for a chest xray. Seems I'm really ill. For sanity I'm doing some low level biking, karate(really just to out and see people and yoga BUT I'm bored now !! Well done for getting back on the Orange Bus A Rae in a manger (did you add the O to your name recently? I always remember adding it) You have done more Orange Tuesdays than me this year. |

The O comes and goes with the seasons to Gobs, along with 'the great'. Snow and ice have been making life difficult in Bergeijk, but I survived. |

Glad you're being checked up on, Gobi but hope you are *not* 'really ill'. I did the 45 minute run I didn't do yesterday but it was as much W as R. Felt very meh about it all. |
