I have news. I went to the gym this afternoon and did things with machines. Then this evening I went out for a run with the club. Machetes would've been handy as the paths were very overgrown but at least I didn't fall over. That's always a bonus. |

July saveloy Swim 1.3 Bike 9.8 Run 5.3 Tennis - not a lot DVD extras --- Calf injuries - one right at the end of June, now recovered from but wiped out most tennis and running Flounces and realisations that some other people are deeply incompatible with my mental health - one Magnificent other people - many, both at Grove (Chelmsford) LTC and virtually here and in the Big Orange Clubhouse and the FECWAG. |

Still all about the running for me. When I get that sorted I might focus elsewhere. Bike 19 minutes 3.2 moles Run 11:13 49.3 moles Walk 5:37 12.8 moles. Biggest run total since December 2021. |

July has been all about the swimming. And the driving Swim: 8.6 Bike: 21 Run: 12 Walk: 21 DVD extras Longest OW swim 5k race - not a disgrace Aug will see my 250th pArkrun and my swimming event focus of the year. No idea wtf I will do after that but I'm thinking some kind of running thing. |
