Don't tell the retirement thread. They'll be after you with pitchforks. I'm withdrawing very much to here and OTDIFH for now and completely over time. I feel extremely unwelcome in the wider Fetch world. Don’t be soft, Gaffer. Get back in there and set about them. I’m away to go and tell them about the city break me and MrsC are looking to book. Barca for 5 days before the kids get back from Korea. We’re taking an evil aeroplane there and back. I might even look to see if I can break my pArkrun streak by popping my cherry whilst we’re there! Then I’ll go and boast about that in some other threads. |

I have ride my bicycle, I have ride my bike! I think I've hit the "ironman in a month" target for the first time in months. It's been a bit of a shite year, but there are glimmerings of improvement. Great swim BTW fraggle. |

JustCommando! Well done fraggle a few years back I was in a relay at Cotswold and my cyclist broke his bike. They told me I could run anyway and I laughed  Angus Clydesdale I know what/how GregP feels , I keep to very few threads on Fetch. Oh, we got home at 0130 this morning , went to karate early and got soaked running with my woofer this afternoon. Great to be back !! |
