Sushi.
Not been in for a couple of days and so not seen the comments re Sean Conway and his world record challenge. The specialist team he mentions are local tri club coaches and similar that are pitching in round their own work to support him. (I know 3 of them personally. They've had a rota going to keep a consistent support in place.) I can't list all the different skills etc of the support team but this is not some fund raiser that's cost the charity a fortune to set up. Besides I have a feeling the cynical amongst you would still find a way to be negative about his efforts. He's local to here and from the start the local tri teams have pitched in keeping him company on cycle and run. He completed Day105 today. Maybe he'll stop now, maybe he won't. Oh and I haven't looked for a few days but he was around the £90k Mark raised last time I did. |

I tapped out after four and a half hours, still have to one little side bit to go (the mirror of stencil 3), so I'll have to come back up in September. As it'll be so much smaller it shouldn't put too much of a dent in my rugbying ability then, hopefully. I'm exhausted. Looks deep ( not sure how it is in reality, but the photos look like your white tattoos are "raised", like scar tissue? ) Is that what it’s like Rae? A Rae in a manger |

Raemond I think it's just my slightly overactive lymphatic system making it look raised up, it's calmed down again now and once healed will be just like any other tattoo |
