Thanks all.
I've had a cry in the bath (there was also warm water in the bath, it wasn't that bleak), so I'm considering logging it as a swim.

Also my mild cough has degenerated into full on stinking cold. 0 stars, would not recommend.

By the time I run home today I will have my highest ever running mileage in a month ever! woo hoo
OK so a lot slower than last time I was running this mileage (which was 2008) but this means that as I speed up (I am already getting slowly quicker (relative term)) then I'll be able to do ever more miles :-)
This makes me happy
I was off last week and sorted the garage to get the bike back on the turbo ... I didn't actually get it on there but it's a start :-D

average pace improved by 19 sec over a minute improvement since Jan
walk 18.8m - 22
SHOCK 4 strength sessions all short and sweet

weight heading in right direction

Chester 2nd Oct so Sept will include taper.
