I hope to add a bit more to my sausage this afternoon but it has been a pretty poor month - better take IM Wales off the sidebar! :-O
Feeling quite demotivated, which is unusual for me as I am typically an annoyingly bouncy, mojotastic type person.

With IM Wales written off at least I can get back to focussing on running, which is what I enjoy the most. Hopefully, without the time pressure of having to fit in 3 sports, motivation will return.

Terrible month here. Can't quite believe it started so optimistically, before crashing and burning so comprehensively. So much potential, so little realisation (just like the rest of my life, really).
